Master plan
The plot plan of the site for the design of the center has been decided taking into account all the necessary conditions and restrictions imposed on the selected type of buildings. The student center has convenient pedestrian and transport accessibility. The existing slope of the site allows the integration of underground parking for visitors into the area. Above the parking lot is a multi-level landscaping with a street stage. Green spaces and recreation benches are organized throughout the site. There is also a separate parking for working personnel.
